Yarn: 100% merino wool suitable for babies.

Suggested yarn: DROPS Design Baby Merino, 5-ply Sport (50 g = 175 m)

Approximate yarn requirements: 45 (50) 60 (75) 80 g

Needles: 3 mm (US2, UK11) and 3.25 mm (US3, UK10), straight or circular needles.

Gauge: 24 stitches × 32 rows = 10 cm / 4″ in stockinette stitch using 3.25 mm needles.

Materials: Stitch markers, tapestry needle, scissors, 1 m satin ribbon.
